The business problem
Absolutions Laundry was already present on Google, but its profile was ranking too far down in local search results to be easily discovered by potential customers. With the profile positioned at #22 for the target search, customers searching for laundry service in Ikate, Lagos were unlikely to find the business, limiting its organic visibility and opportunities to attract new customers.
What I did
I optimized the entire Google Business Profile for local search. I rebuilt the profile updates with high-converting copy, added clear calls to action to make contacting the laundry easier, repositioned and optimized the services and products, optimized images with relevant search keywords, and integrated social media links to strengthen the connection between the profile and the business's social platforms.
