The business

ImaksHub is an online retail business selling affordable everyday essentials — clothing, household products and stationery.

The business problem

ImaksHub had no established online presence when I started working on the project. The business needed to build a credible digital presence from the ground up, establish its brand identity, create platforms where potential customers could discover the business, and provide a professional online shopping experience. The challenge was not simply to create social media accounts, but to build the basic digital infrastructure needed for the business to operate and market itself online.

What I did

I built the digital presence for ImaksHub from scratch — creating and optimising the Facebook and Instagram pages, developing the brand's social media positioning and presentation, designing the logo and visual identity, producing branded product and promotional creatives, and designing and building the e-commerce website. The social platforms and the website were connected so that attention created on social media leads into a place where people can actually shop.

Design & experience

One visual system runs through everything: the logo, a consistent brand palette, and a clean type treatment used across social creatives, profile artwork and the storefront, so the business reads as the same brand wherever it is found.

The result

The project transformed ImaksHub from a business with no established online presence into a fully developed digital brand with an e-commerce website and active social media platforms. The business established a professional online identity, built its social media audience from the ground up, and gained a dedicated e-commerce platform through which customers could discover and shop for its products. The Instagram account grew from zero to 300+ followers within one month, while the social media platforms were populated with professionally designed and branded content — giving ImaksHub the platforms, branding, content and online shopping infrastructure needed to attract and engage potential customers.
