Motivassist is a registered NDIS provider offering supported independent living, in-home support and community services.

The business problem

Families researching disability support need reassurance quickly. The organisation needed a website that communicated its services with warmth and clarity, remained easy to read for every visitor, and made getting in touch simple.

What I did

The site was structured around the questions a family asks first: what support is offered, who it is for and how to start a conversation. Service content was organised into clear sections, contact pathways were placed within reach on every screen, and the layout was built responsively with readable type, generous spacing and strong colour contrast.

Design & experience

The design leads with people rather than process: calm imagery, a single confident accent colour and a straightforward visual hierarchy that keeps service information ahead of decoration. Every page ends with an obvious next step.
